Hi there, I am currently a graduate engineer work in town. So would be interested in locations that nearby rail stations and bus stations. I also have a friend who is a post graduate student here, we would like to move to a new place together. We both are female.

Do not smoke or drink. Have no pets(but happy to play with them if you own any). Quiet person always. We do not need meals as we can cook by ourselves.

We wish to 1) have two bedrooms 2) live nearby rail station or bus stop so we can easily go to work or school 3) prefer only-girls family, if not, a separate bathroom would be also great.
