We currently have four residents in our four-bedroom house, which was constructed in 2020 and features double-glazed windows and doors throughout.

One of the bedrooms is available for rent and is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a study desk, and a wardrobe for storage. My son and daughter are enrolled at Aotea College. This location offers a pleasant living environment in a newly developed suburb.

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in their bedroom on a daily basis. Please note that personal expenses, such as toilet paper and hygiene products, are not included in the rental price. Additionally, we kindly request that noise be kept to a minimum after 10 PM, and that doors be closed gently to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.

Transportation options include a 10 to 15-minute walk to the Aotea Countdown supermarket, a 2-minute drive to SH1, Aotea Lagoon, Gear Homestead, and Adrenalin Forest, a 5-minute drive to Porirua CBD and the train station, and a 20-minute train ride or off-peak drive to Wellington CBD. Aotea College is just a 2 to 5-minute walk away.
